And just like that May is gone 🥺 ! We had a great time at the Conroe Waterpark this weekend and I highly recommend it to anyone this time of year. Perfect way to cool off and have fun!
If anyone has a hair stylist they recommend please let me know, I received the worst haircut I have ever had in my entire life this weekend 😭.

Free Summer Movie Series @ The Grand Conroe by Santikos. This movie theater is hosting a free kids movie every week! You can also grab a $5 Summer Kids Movie Combo deal at this events. Tickers are first avaliable the day of the movie and first-come, first-serve!
🌳 Outdoor Spotlight
Deison Technology Park- Ok so this one is a bit different ya’ll but was a fun visit. The park has paved trails all throughout, water features, and some unique architecture that for sure gets you wondering what it’s all about. Not a ton of shade so I would recommend early morning visits and the paved paths make it scooter and bike friendly!

📍 Give Back To Our Community
Community Assistance Center Conroe- This is non-profit organization that has a resale shop that funds their organization. They take item and food donations. They have a food pantry they run in both Willis and Conroe. The volunteers are super nice and welcoming, give them a visit!

📍 Small Business Spotlight
This local business small business is a woman owned and offers so many different services. We visited them a few weeks ago and my kids loved picking out different crystals and each came with a little info sheet on it’s properties. They have alternative healing services and yoga/sound healing classes. Super nice people, check them out!

Did You Know? The surrounding Sam Houston National Forest is home to the endangered red-cockaded woodpecker which you may hear pecking away since it’s most active in late spring and early summer!
