🌳 Outdoor Spotlight
Candy Cane Park- This local park is visible from 45 and features lots of fun playground equipment, swings and some unique finds from the Heritage Museum housed on the same property. It’s not super shaded though so get there early for the summer and the waterpark is visible from the park which may make your kids just beg to go there instead lol!

VFW 4709- This local non-profit is a place to support veterans and build a community for veterans. They frequently have local events, and connect veterans will local resources. They often have events you can support them through or just donate directly!

This local small business has some of the best tacos in town! It’s a permanent open stand that most people drive up, park and take their food to go. There is outdoor seating if you are interested bu its July, ya’ll so to-go is probably the best bet! The quesabirria was soooooo good!

Did You Know? July is peak lake season for Lake Conroe! It’s a massive 21,000 acre lake you should consider checking out!
